An absolutely stunning piece of lofi folk from Southamptons 'Yakoat'. Her debut EP 'The Road Less Travelled (All is Good)' takes me back to the days when i'd listen to early Bright Eyes, and being a huge Bright Eyes fan this can only be a good thing. The EP is filled with lofi guitar, emotional vocal melodies, tears and the feeling that Otess will not let you believe that she isn't okay. All with this constant background noise making it somewhat personal, giving the feeling that you are part of what this song is about. An inspiring debut EP from an aspiring talent.
